What's your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full amount. We understand emergencies happen—please contact us to discuss.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry comprehensive public liability insurance and care, custody, and control coverage. Documentation available on request.
