What started as a small home-based dog walking service has grown into one of Gloucestershire's most trusted animal care facilities. The journey wasn't planned—it evolved naturally from genuine love for animals and frustration with how most care providers operated.
Our founder, after years working in veterinary medicine, noticed a gap. Pets were being fed, watered, and housed—but they weren't being truly cared for. The personal touch was missing. The understanding of individual personalities was absent.
What Makes Us Different
We limit our capacity deliberately. While other facilities pack in as many animals as possible to maximise revenue, we cap our numbers. This means sometimes we have to say no—but it also means every animal in our care gets the attention they deserve.
