Holiday Closures

We operate reduced hours on bank holidays. Boarding services remain available with prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance for holiday bookings.

Directions

We're located just off the A40, approximately 2 miles east of Cheltenham town centre. Free parking is available on-site for visitors.

Look for the green gate and "Luminous Destinations" signage at the entrance to Meadowbrook Lane.

Visit Before You Book

We encourage all prospective clients to tour our facility before making a booking. Seeing where your pet will stay and meeting the team who'll care for them gives peace of mind that no website can provide.

Tours are available during business hours. Simply send us an email to arrange a convenient time. The visit typically takes 20-30 minutes and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and assess whether we're the right fit for your pet.

    Do I need to book in advance?

    Yes, particularly for boarding and grooming services. We recommend booking at least one week ahead, or two weeks during school holidays and festive periods.

    What if I need to cancel?

    We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please see our terms of use for full details on our cancellation policy.

    Do you offer emergency services?

    We can sometimes accommodate last-minute boarding requests subject to availability. Send us an email marked "Urgent" and we'll respond as quickly as possible.

    Is there parking available?

    Yes, we have free on-site parking for all visitors and clients.
